NextRequest is rethinking the public records request process.

We’re a mission-driven company that brings easy-to-use, modern software to governments, and we need your help scaling up. Our focus is on making public records request process—sometimes referred to as Freedom of Information, FOIA, FOIL, or Right-to-Know requests—easier for both requesters and the governments who manage it.

We’re currently a team of eight who grew out of the Code for America fellowship, based in San Francisco with satellite offices in the Boston and Raleigh-Durham areas. We’re looking for creative people who are excited about building tools to make the public sector more efficient, transparent, and responsive on a large scale.

Customer Support Manager

We're looking for someone who can make sure that every NextRequest customer has a great experience and gets the most out of the tool. You’ll onboard and train government agencies on how to use the NextRequest platform and you’ll be the main point of contact for new and existing customers. If you want to be a champion for government employees and help them improve their processes, this job is for you.
