Leah Jaggars

Manager of Customer Experience

Leah is a Washington native who brings 8 years of experience in software training, technical support, and process analysis to her role at NextRequest. Most recently she worked for a Washington state government agency where she trained users across the state how to use software and was a key contributor to the case management system replacement project. Leah is passionate about government transparency and developing simple solutions to complicated problems. In her spare time Leah is an avid baker, traveler, and pet owner. She currently resides in Tacoma and earned a BA in Classical Studies from the University of Washington.
